  This location has definitely gotten better since opening a couple years ago. My first go arounds with them were hit or miss.
  I was jonesing for some coffee before work one day and rolled in since there is construction on my usual route to work.
  The workers were super friendly and my drink was hot and yummy!! I also ordered a piece of banana nut bread. I loved it warmed up.
  I definitely will go back to this location.

  Spacious Starbucks if you hate shimmying through people to get coffee.  I mean, there is serious space in this location - love it!  
  
  The drinks are on point - per the usual for Starbucks!  My drink was ready pretty fast and was great!  I'll be back next time I am in the area - conveniently located near the interstate and near shopping.  A win-win!

  One of, if not the best Starbucks in Mobile. Always friendly staff who rarely gets an order wrong. The AM crew has been consistently great for years. Like any Starbucks, they do a good job of posting community items on their board, too.
  This is also one of the largest Starbucks in the Mobile-area. Always plenty of seating, both inside and outside.
  Two things go about this location that I wish were different - a larger selection of brew items (mugs, pour-overs, etc.) and it can be a hassle to get to with the location (and depending where one might be coming from).
  Overall, always a good experience. And the best manager in Mobile - Augie.

  I ordered a coffee for my girlfriend on the mobile app, a "Venti white chocolate mocha with an extra shot", this is a $5.50 coffee. She arrived to collect the coffee on her way to work a 12 hour shift at the hospital and the cup was not even 1/2 full.  The entire contents could have easily fit in a Tall cup.
  When she took it back the barista said "oh" dumped it out and made another one.  
  This is totally unacceptable!  Is it because I used the mobile app and they thought we would come and go quickly or is the quality control and supervision that bad I do not know.  Particularly with the poor attitude, this is not the service I would expect from Starbucks.  
  
  I am extremely disappointed and I do not recommend this Starbucks at all!
